We were approached by our prospective client who had purchased this 1970s detached property in leafy Knutsford. With a love for modern design and an open mind our client let us go to work on modernising this previously dated and dysfunctional property. A modern and mixed palette of materials were selected including through coloured white render, facing brick, grey windows and doors and a contrasting pigmeto red zinc cladding to reflect the use of red tile hanging on the streetscene.
